Application for anyone who plans to serve at one of our special events (Check-In, Tea Party, Pinewood Derby, Birthday Party, Welcome Home Dinner). Must be 16 yrs. old and up.
Application for all returning volunteers who plan to serve for the full week of camp. Must be 16 yrs. old and up.
Application for children who wish to attend camp as a camper. Must be completed by child’s guardian.
